Option in ios to always show notification from one app

As title, I have an app I always want notifications from no matter what, even if the phone is on silent, driving mode etc..... I want it to always make a song and dance if I get a notification from it (security app)

I got it set to show preview as always instead of when phone unlocked but I'm not sure if that will ignore driving mode and silent mode.....I can't see any other options.....any ideas?

Perhaps the lack of anyone knowing how to do it means that it can't be done.

Just the one - test it during driving mode / silent mode.
