I've had a quick look on the orange site but can not find out, so i thought i would try here 
A number of years ago i lost my phone and when I called orange they said no problem just sign up to the emergency orange care insurance and as if by magic i had a new phone the next day. which was great.
Question is, do they still offer this? just my wife went and lost her Samsung Galaxy 2 today, she is with orange and has no insurance
