This was one of the reasons I stopped using Orange - I hated the way if you are a contract customer you pay 1p per report yet if you are a PAYG kiddy with a £10 handset you.. get them free.

yeah me girlfriend got stung 10 p on her hero, previously she was on payg and used delievery reports for free. Although on htc hero if one of our texts dont go through it notifies us that it hasnt so no need for the delivery reports. not sure if its the orange network notifying us or the htc hero though.
