Has anyone purchased a phone on contract with orange recently?
My N80 arrived today, and has a bar on the account as they all do while there in transit.
Obviously i need to ring orange to get the bar removed.
In the email they sent me it tells me to ring 980 from the phone which i have done, i go through the options, then it tells me the line is busy, then it says Im sorry but calls from this number are barred.
Fools, anyone suggest which number i actually ring to do this?
I dont really want to ring them on my house phone..
