When was the last time the credit card/debit card section worked?

Its been down since before the new year

Ive only recently registered so dont know if it has ever worked?

Not sure what your problem with it is m8, its been working for me since I registered months ago.

Just topped up yesterday with no problems at all. :cool:

*EDIT* Just re-read your post and spotted you are talking about "online" top ups.

I never bother, just register your Switch card with them and do it over the phone.

yes i can probably do that but i want the ease of being able to do it online as well for times when there phones are down as last time i tryed registering a card it took for ever. i dont have the patience to wait for all that.

Have to see if i can get out of the house and get some vouchers.

Tesco will print out voucher codes if you don't have a topup card mate. No idea if thats of any use but worth knowing

Also, was just at the local Sainsbury's. Went to the cash machine and there had been a new one installed since the last time I was there.

Noticed it asked me if I wanted to top up a mobile phone when I put my Switch card in to withdraw cash.

No idea how that works, its a new one on me, but its another option I suppose?.

Put your card in, enter pin, press top up option and tap your mobile number in twice. Voila

Problem is some days im house bound(physically), so like the flexibility of being able to do it online.
