Orbit2 as WIFI Router

OK, networking is not my forte at all, but was wondering if this is possible.

Currenly have an iPod Touch and an Orbit2.

Would love to be able to have the iPod Touch as an RSS Reader and 'quick' webbrowser but for me to do that I need to be in a WIFI range.

So was thinking, with my unlimited O2 WebBolt on for my phone, could I somehow setup my Orbit2 into a WIFI router and have the iPod Touch connect to the Orbit2?

Any thoughts?
