Order Cancelled – Failed Security Check

Today at 2pm I ordered a phone on from www.buymobilephones.net

Just now, I checked order status and to my disbelief: Order Cancelled – Failed Security Check - Your order has been cancelled as we were unable to verify some of the details you provided.

All the details I provided are accurate and up to date. Does this mean I failed the credit check?

The only reason I can think of is, in April this year I ordered a contract phone on T-Mobile but cancelled it because they didn't have any stock...
What other reasons could there be?

I had something similar, not exactly sure what it was now, when I ordered my laptop some 18 months ago. My bank wouldn't clear the funds until i phoned them. Obviously this may have nothign to do with your situation but you never know.

I had a similar thing happen, I'd accidently put in my card expiry date backwards
