Order to install on a new HTPC - Vista 64 build ?

Hi,

finally hopefully get all my parts tomorrow to get my HTPC back up and running. Going to be installing Vista 64bit and just wondering best order and what to install. Something like this:

Chipset drivers
gfx drivers
sound drivers
Nods32
Will use windows firewall
Windows Update
FFD Show
Media Player Classic
uTorrent

And that's it pretty much ?
