Ordered a 1055T 95w was sent a 125w. Is it worth sending back?

The "VID" you see in Core temp is the CPU's default voltage, it won't change.
Although the temperature you see in Core Temp is false.

Pretty sure it does change if Turbo mode is engaged so he might need to disable that first.

just easier thats all, they are the same just unlocked multi.

1090t tend to have better healther cores then the 1055t 125w, so it uses less voltage for the same overclock.

it depends on the motherboard..

some motherboards use the vid voltage to control the vcore and cpu-nb voltages. i had a msi motherboard the did that.

thats why some people are saying they vid as gone up after overclocking

Maybe OCUK are pulling a fast one and trying to flog their surplus of 125W 1055's under the guise of being 95W. .

No we not done this. You probably have no idea what you are talking about to post anything like this.

Any one who wants to exchange their wrongly recieved 125w for 95w email me in my trust. You will need to quote you order number.
