I've read a few posts from people with missing or faulty accessories for their Asus motherboards being told to order the part direct from Asus. I currently have 2 Asus boards, neither of which have the IO backplate, and so I'd like to order these. Can anyone direct me to the page where I can do this as I've looked through the Asus site, even registered my products, but can't find where to order...?

Cheers mate but neither of the email addresses are working - I'll see if there' any way of contacting on the site other than the technical inquiry form.

Tough :(

Those details were from like 2004 when I used them to replace a Asus A7N8X-E's I/O backplate. That physical address might still exists. 118, Yell maybe?

My mate's a courier for that postcode, I'll ask him if it's still there (mk14 and mk15), when I see him tommorrow at work..

I wouldnt mind knowing some better contact numbers/emails if possible :), just got a B-grade board and it has no I/O plate, i really do wish Ocuk would like say what missing :P Granted some are different,,,But meh, not to worry, just want an I/O plate :D

I saw some on Ebay actually, but shipping from the US, so it was like £6 shipping or something silly :P

I don't think they have the contact email pasted on the outside of the building :)

He'll just tell me if they are still there or not..

Well, I sent a message to Asus through their technical support form and received a reply saying they don't sell or provide hardware or accessories - told me to contact my reseller if I wanted anything - basically your standard fob off email.

Hi,

they have moved to 500 Avebury Boulevard Central Milton Keynes MK9 or thereabouts,

basically that area is offices rather than warehouses, the old address was actually a warehouse type building (I think), the office move explains why they are not supplying goods themselves.

Any ideas on where to get an i/o shield from then? For an A8N-sli? As it would be rather handy :P

Regards.
