I thought that, only managers do this, usually only if they are taking another step up the ladder.

a party in a bowling alley when you are not bowling is not the best idea (if i am correct with your plans)...why not a bar/pub, where they will prob give you a room or area etc because you have 70 people lined up.

a bar would provide other people to mingle with, music etc all standard fare

if you can find a friend of a friend, who hasn't got a name for themselfs. But yes usually there much more than that.

Gotcha... I guess as a DJ if you are trying to get started, doing it on the cheap to start of with is a good idea as it could lead to more bookings...
