Out of date frozen cooked chicken

Just found this pack of Iceland frozen cooked chicken strips in my freezer with best before date of April 2022. Are they still safe to eat?

I hate food waste but I'm unsure if I should use them or not. If it was a bag of frozen chips or peas or even a pizza, etc, then no bother but.. I don't know the risk with this..

If not then I'll defrost them anyway and put them out in the garden for the gulls and crows.

Yeah I'd be cooking it first before eating it, usually with some Mayflower curry sauce.

No power outages since 2021 that I'm aware of, even if it was off for a couple of hours the freezer would have stayed frozen.

Well I haven't cooked it yet, still in freezer. I've decided I'm not going to take the risk.

Why is this even a question?

It was bought frozen, it's frozen cooked chicken not fresh chicken (raw or cooked) which has been frozen.
