My fanatec DD pro + arrived today i paid for a brand new one. I opened up the box box and noticed the seal is missing on the main box I the opened up the main box and noticed the box is damaged too plus the manual was missing and one of the black box seal was missing too. I immediately felt sick and cheated and realised overclockers tried to flog me of a return item which I find is very disgusting. I want a brand new DD pro not a returned item base. So I'm not happy at all with overclockers!!! either give me a brand new untouched and unopened DD+ or il be wanting my money back !!!!!

I'm sure if you speak to customer services you'll be fine.
Hi John thanks for the message yes I reported a complaint by email but I will phone them up tomorrow. as I opened the box up after work and they were closed when I found out that they sold me a return item I think this is very rude of them to do this as this needs rectifying and also waste of time from there half by selling me a return item.

Calm down it's not that serious.

Someone put a box on the wrong shelf and you got sent the wrong thing.

They'll sort it out.

It's not some kind of targeted slight against you.

The customer service section is at the top of the forum. :)

+1 on this, but it’s also a nice reminder as to why i film myself opening anything valuable.

Not saying OCUK are like this, or that Ive had any personal experience, but some retailers would not believe you. Especially in crazy situations such as 5090s replaced with rocks.
