I have the BFG 7800GS OC 256mb AGP card, I understand these are already overclocked? or do I just pay extra for nothing? Anyway would I be able to push it a bit more on stock cooling?

Stock settings are 400MHz/1.25GHz

I done the coolbits auto detect and it gave me settings of

450MHz/1.30GHz

is that about right? dont seem like much gain on the memory, or could I push that more? As I aint ever been brave enough to overclock a CPU then I thought I could begin with the GFX card.

Got the core running a 490 but my memory wont go higher than 1.35, well it goes to 1.39 but no more so put it back down a bit

got 6629 3dmark 05 is that about right?

Played a bit BF2 with it at those settings, did not seem to have any problems with artifacts and temps were fine at about 60 c after a good hour of playing.

AMD 3700 SD
Asrock Dual SataII

Seems not too low compared to others on the orb really  unless they are way too low too LOL

Its an AGP card

doesnt matter if its agp the score is fine, my oc'd 6800gs gets 5600 in 05 and the 7800gs is just a bit more efficient so should get roundbaout what you are getting in 3dmarks.
