Overclocking my 2500k (new mobo)

ok, so I managed to get it stable on my Z68-Extreme4 @ 4.6GHz. now today I replaced my motherboard with the Z77-Extreme. would you start again with the overclock, or because the motherboards are sooo similar, would you start with the settings I have on my Z68 mobo and then tweak from there?

I opted to start fresh. so far I have upped multi to 46 and am playing with the offset. I managed to get it 10 runs IBT stable (I know that's not enough) with a fixed vcore of 1.38v (was the vcore I needed to have on my Z68).
temps are low and it seems from my basic playing with offset I am looking so far stable with -0.005 and Level 3, which is giving 1.33-1.34 vcore. is 5 runs of IBT so will see if it make the 10. if so, that's 0.4 off my Z68 mobo, which I know isn't a lot, but might mean I can look for 4.8GHz.

Start fresh. The board will have different cooling, tolerances etc. Let us know how you get on

Why replace what was already a good board? Unless it bit the dust?
