Hi all,

looking for advice on your overclocking experience with this board.
If you check out my sig, you'll see i've got the 930 up at 3.85GHz with a core volatge of 1.25v. Thats about the only change i've made. I've left everything else on auto as there are too many settings that i'm not familiar with.

Could someone advise please? Or even post a screenie of their bios OC'ing page to show what settings you have (if you have the same chip of course).

Ram is Corsair 6Gb XMS3 (will post exact spec later).

Would like to hit 4GHz as most people seem to do it effortlessly.

My 930 is cooled by a Thermalright IFX-14 and its a fantastic and quiet cooler. Temps on prime95 load don't go above 68°C, on idle they are mid 30s.

Thanks for any advice.

...or just higher for higher sake?
:D Doesn't everyobdy?

Heh...actually i do use it for video editing/encoding/dvd/blue-ray ripping.

It's also an interest to see how far i can push it.
I'm not a oc'ing noob, but there are some settings in the boards bios that i'm not familiar with, hence this thread tbh.
