Hi all as the title suggests I need a little help. I have always been an AMD man and ran AMD systems anyway I decided on an upgrade and for some reason went intel... I bought the following:

4GB OCZ PC2-6400C4
Q6600 go stepping
DFI Infinity 975X/G
ATI 3870 XT

What I really want to do is get the processor to 3ghz and the ram working nicely with this but the settings in "World Intel" confuse me, I have the following in the Bios

CPU VID Offset setting, CPU VTT Voltage Setting, DRAM Voltage Setting, NB Chip voltage setting.

Now obviously with AMD there are no crazy dividers so any help is greatly appreciated. Basically I want to know what to set the fsb to and what voltages to raise!
