Overclocking with a Factory OC Graphics Card

I have a XFX GeForce® 285 GTX 1024MB DDR3 XXX
Factory overclocked Graphics Card.

Would having a factory overclocked card cause a problem when overclocking the i7 920 CPU ?

As you are overclocking the GPU even move then the defaut settings.

The CPU and GPU clocks aren't linked, as far as I'm aware, so it shouldn't effect it at all.

As 3D says they're not linked. The only problem is going to be if you are on the limit of what your PSU can supply and a little bit of extra heat off the card.
