You're not underpaid, you're a greeting faced whiner. I also recall that you're a misogynistic homophobe, with an inability to see things from anything other than your own small minded perspective. You have an inflated sense of self worth, but above everything else, you can't stop complaining about things, and knocking other people.
I really shouldn't make that kind of criticism without something constructive.
Groen, you need to realise that you are to blame for your life. There is not arbiter who would weigh up what's fair and grant things to you. You have to beat the system, you have to play the game.
When it comes to the things you're unhappy with you need to stop seeing them as unfair things that other people are doing to you, you need to work out how to avoid them happening in general. The root cause of this one is that you weren't chosen to decide the rota. You weren't chosen because you either don't want to commit anything extra to your work, or because you don't see the benefit.
Ask yourself how much extra you could do (NOT what you are willing to do, just what is possible) for your employer if your employer was going to be decent to you. Could you make their life easier if they had done x y or z for you in advance. And then do it first, and remind them in a positive way what you are doing for them. Things will fall into place.

Well after spending the last hour laughing my arse off at the links wonderfully provided earlier in the thread I was about ready to respond but assuming TC's account isn't some overplayed joke The Halk pretty much nailed my view.
Still can't quite work out if this guy is a committed joke account or he really does have this warped perception of reality where nothing is ever his fault, he shouldn't have to do anything extra and wants it all on a silver platter though.

The halk life coach is here to the rescue. I didn't ask for your opinion of me in general mate, I just posted this thread because I thought people would come back with some funny way to deal with this. But it turns out some people on here have a personal vendetta against me because of what I have said in the past and bring up all my posts and try make out as if i am some sort of lowsy employee etc. The halk even brings up my dislike of homos, maybe i hit a personal topic in the past and offended you, that is just too bad.

I don't think it's a personal vendetta, I think they've just formed an opinion of you. Again I don't think they're trying to make you out as a lousy employee, you pretty much did that on your own.

15 hours lateness in a 5 years would be unacceptable imo you managed it in 2 months?

You drink on the job.
You sleep on company time.
You have an attitude of superiority over others which is unfounded from everything i've read.
Any one of these traits makes you a lousy employee, all of them together makes you a terrible employee, and i'm disgusted you're employed when myself and many others were/are unemployeed for long periods of time (I have, and have had for a while, a full time job so don't turn around and say i don't know what im talking about. Even with flexi time i turn up at or before 7AM every day, despite being allowed to come in anywhere between 7 and 9. It's not difficult.)
What's truely sad is the story you described actually seems unfair to you, but the way you've put it, and past posts leaves you in a more than unfavorable light.

EDIT: Before it's brought up, yes i made a post today where i explained i wasn't in at 7AM today, so i retract my earlier statement, ALMOST every day, and the only time it hasn't been 7am has been the day it's been out of my control) [Public transport isn't out of your control, get up earlier, i leave the house at 5:20 when getting the train]
