My local shop must've made a mistake in their labelling because oyster mushrooms were selling at the same price as regular ones
Needless to say I bought 2 bags full and now I'm wondering what to do with them.
I've thought of the simple classic fried in olive oil (or butter) and garlic, or of throwing them in a risotto, or making an omelette out of them, but I thought maybe someone had a more imaginative suggestion (that doesn't involve nuking them from orbit or killing them with fire, please
)?
Time isn't an issue cause I woke up half an hour ago and I'm going to have breakfast before I even decide how to cook them
