OZC SLi Certified SPP RAM.. info?

All it basicly has is an extended SPD info with various settings for the overclocked speed.
nVidia have made it an open standard, but they have to cert it - so its just a money spinner for nVidia.

if you want good ram, that can cut it at high Mhz - check the forums and ASK.

You just are going to pay a premium for nothing other then a little exta SPD values and a nVidia logo on the ram.

thanks for the info... so now its down to OCZ plat 6400 and g skill 6400 HZ... or is team extreem worth taking a look at?
I've been looking into this as well, as far as I can tell the Team Xtreem 4-4-4-10 on Asus boards seems clock too 500mhz, seems to be a few issues with certain boards like the AW9D-Max probally needs a new bios update or something for compatability or the ram needs updating. The G.Skill would be my choice because from what I have read it clocks past 470mhz to 500mhz seems like the average with this ram & seems to have past its compatability problems espeically with the Gigabyte motherboards as they are now shipping with a later bios. Havent read much into the OCZ but from what I gather its not as good as the other 2 choices in terms of clockability.

Maybe some others can comment, Im only going by what I have read & I spend a lot of time reading personal opinions on hardware! :rolleyes: lol

on a P5B i have HZ at 450mhz 4,4,4,12 with Vdimm on auto - looped 12hrs of memtest stable.

The P5B only has max of 2.1v settins and its undervolts anyway, with 2.3-2.5v you seem to be able to get tighter timings or over 1000mhz.

also looking at this ram as the 6400 is now within price range for more people, can anyone comment on how this clocks;

Corsair 2GB Dominator PC2-6400C4

ill take a look around for reviews
