Hey all,

Just wanted to post this to comment on how amazing I found the Antec RMA service.

I purchased a P182 from OCUK on 21 June and it is brilliant in my opinion. Easy to install components, excellent cable management and top notch cooling.

Had a slight problem in that one of the case fans, the lower HDD bay and PSU bay fan, which had an annoying tick sound died on me. I filled out RMA ticket on Antecs site asking if maybe I could just purchase a fan as I didn't want to send the whole case back to them or OCUK here is the response I got:

My name here!, I will have a replacement fan sent out to you from our US office. You can throw away the defective one. I am sorry but we do not have any windowed side panels for the P182. Jeff Smith Antec Customer Support

Yeah I wanted a side panel too lol, to buy of course.. Heres the timeline..

I just couldn't believe how quick they were. I didn't expect a free replacement and was quite happy to pay; didn't even have to show proof of ownership.

My brain has now been ticking though... Maybe they offered to replace it so quickly because these fans are known to fail? Hmmm Either way am still chuffed.

I would advise anybody with any problem with their Antec product to just contact them!

Am gutted though because they closed the support ticket straight away and I never got a chance to say thanks..

Nice to see some companies still put a lot of focus on customer service. Logitech is the other one that springs to mind.

Might try contacting Antec myself actually, see if I can get hold of another front panel bit for my P160. The temperature monitor on mine stopped working the other day - it just shows '-E' now. :(
