p35 or 965p

what are the real differences between p35 and 965p chipsets? im looking to buy either a p35 ds3p or 965p version and im unsure what im ment to be considering as both seem identical...

P35 seems to be essentially an improved/refined version of 965.
P35 gives you guaranteed penryn support if you thought that you might want a CPU upgrade next year.

Would go for the P35, apparently it clocks a lot better then the 965p

P35, it is the direct replacement for P965.
