P5K-E with PC2-8500?

I have 2gb RAM in my pc now which is 800mhz. Now the manual says the chipset only supports this but the motherboard supports 1066mhz

I want to upgrade to 4gb so would This be ok?

Anybody running it with 1066mhz RAM?

OR

would This work with the RAM that I already have? Would I need to change the timings on one set to make them work? I would rather the cheaper option RAM screenshot below. Thats what I have now.

Either option will work perfectly fine, the 2x2Gb would be the better option tho. Just remember to set any volts and timings in the BIOS and youre good to go.
