Thanks for the offer, but I think I'm too ham fisted to make (a second) plexi top a good idea. I'll stick with the acetal one I've got now.

Where are you getting the seals from? I'm fairly interested in machining my own blocks, but so far I can't find a source for custom length O rings so would be soldering them together.
