P6T SE + OCZ Gold 6GB Effects?

Iirc the X58 is only officialy rated at 1333 or maybe even 1600MHz. Its more than capable of running at 1600MHz if you put the right voltages in but this is technically considered overclocking it.

The P6T SE is a great board, just built a rig for a friend with Patriot Viper at 1600MHz and the i7 at 4GHz.

Yeah, I think it will default to 1066MHz, then you will need to open the BIOS, put 1.65V in on the DRAM and adjust the frequency to 1600MHz.

The P6T SE's BIOS is pretty friendly, happy to help out with settings if needed.
