Cheers Krislord, would you recommend any one in particular, im a complete numpty when it comes to graphic cards
I got a HIS Radeon HD 5550 with silent cooler from overclockers for about £50 at Christmas. They don't have this card on the site at the moment but there are some in the 5400 series for around £30
These aren't as fast as the 5550 but are still silent.
This anandtech article has comparisons between the onboard graphics and dedicated cards in this price range.

If you don't intend on gaming then there isn't much point paying for something you won't use. I would consider most of these cards on par with the on board graphics, so if you go for H67 then you don't need one. If you go for P67 then get something cheap and quiet.
Either option will be good enough for watching 1080p video files.
