Package was returned to sender after failed delivery 3 days ago and no update.

Ordered a GPU that cost nearly £400. I selected a pick up point when making the order, but after DPD was not able to deliver at the pickup point on Sunday 16th November, the package was returned to the depot in Newcastle. I got an email from DPD saying it would be delivered straight to my address instead on Monday 17th, however after not getting any updates, it was instead sent back to Overclockers at 7:00 on the 18th after a return to consignor was requested. It's 16:00 on the 19th now and no update. Doesn't help that the phone lines are down most of the week and I can't reach anyone. I submitted a ticket yesterday but haven't heard back.
