Misbah needs to answer for why he has been tapping singles while the run rate has been creeping up, when Pakistan were in no trouble at all. This is not the first time he has lost us games due to agonisingly slow run rates.

Well Played England, bowled middle wicket lol. Oh dear.

He should stick to test cricket in all honesty...he's not a 20/20 batsman and neither is he an ODI one at that.

Absolute utterly mind boggling loss from Pakistan. Quite hard to believe how Misbah can't read the situation until it's too late. Even when we were comfortable it was obvious we needed to press on and finish it and NOT leave it til the last over. He is an absolute ****:mad::mad::mad:

No one is to blame except Misbah, he was the in batsmen, he wasn't looking in any trouble, yet once again he left it too late and just kept tapping away with singles. When you are in a comfortable position you aim to finish with an over or two in hand, not play until the last ball you utter ****

Very pleased with that - would still have traded every one of those victories for a better result in the test series though!

Some effort to defend that total though, superb bowling by Broad and Dernbach

Well played Pietersen. Our middle order was atrocious(as it has been for most of the tour) and his gritty innings gave us something to defend, which we did. He's finally showing the form that kept him in the team for the last 3 years when he did very little.

Hopefully our middle order finds some form ahead of the T20 World Cup as I think we could do well with that team. Pietersen, Kieswetter, Morgan, Bairstow, Buttler and Patel on form would be very difficult for any team to beat, especially with a very good bowling line-up. Things looking up for us in the shorter form of the game.
