Unless the game supports multiple monitors then it won't work. Generally they don't.

Unless you invest in a TRIPLEHAD 2go adapter. Which combines all your monitors into one giant resolution.

Also XP will run this fine on a desktop Vista will need some software, correct me if im wrong.

Fairly sure you'll only be able to run two outputs on the card, probably a mixture of any 2 (so VGA + DVI, DVI + HDMI or VGA + HDMI)...

There's also the SoftTH option, which requires a second graphics card for the third monitor due to the problem above, but otherwise acts as a software version (with the added overhead) of the TripleHead2Go.

Also worth mentioning ATi Eyefinity, which does support three monitors per card (even upto 6) and replaces the TripleHead2Go/SoftTH method of displaying games on all 3 monitors. But that's an extra expense...
