panasonic tx-49dx650b no hdmi 1-2 sound

Hi everyone. i bought a brand new panasonic tv today and for some reason there is no sound on the fresat and zgemma box connected to hdmi 1 or 2. both hdmi ports are set to digital audio. ive also tired to change all the sudio settings but nothing. ive connected both boxes to hdmi 3 and i get sound. it also says in the book to get sound from the home cinema connect to hmdi 2, ive done that and it detects the panasonic surround sound ive got connected but it doesnt send any sound out. has anyone else had any experience with this before i have to take the tv back? thanks
