Panoramic photograph or just a lens?

Hi Guys,

i really like this image below and I would like to recreate it. However I am unsure if the effect is a panoramic or just simply a lens attachment creating the effect.

Please advise

A panoramic would be it, that's wider than any lens I know of considering it's a a wider than 180 degree FoV. A wider lens would make it easier though but in any case it'll be an incredibly awkward thing to shoot; this was most likely done through computer rendering

Looks like a 360 degree panorama using a nodal ninja or similar and then processed as a 'little world' photo.

I agree with Ksanti, it could be a computer render. Obviously the view through the widows are all form separate scenes, and to make that shot it is a combo of multiple images. Would be a lot of work. Much easier to render such an image, using real photographs for the backgrounds and perhaps some of the components.
