My friends niece went to her male friends house, her and 2 male friends, and they are all just into being 13 years of age.

The male friends mother bought them three six packs of beer and went out, leaving them alone for the evening.

You can quess what happened right? They all got drunk and had sex. Unprotected of course. Luckily, or unluckily depending on whos view point you see it from, the day after it's got around school... to the teachers, to the parents and ofc to the social workers. Fast enough for her to take the morning after pill. The niece in question was not going to do anything about it, had it not come to light.

The two boys are now the stars of the school and the girl has been branded **** of the year.

I'm almost in shock. I just cannot believe what the mother of the boy has done. I've got nothing against someone of that age having a drink of alcohol, while supervised, responsibly. But this? So bloody terrible, personally I hope the book gets thrown at her, but it seems the only rule she has broken is not getting the niece's mothers permission for her to drink.

Had to share, but don't any of you dare say TTIUWP.

When I was 13, I hadn't even contemplated having sex, I was content just beating the meat.

Would the niece have agreed without being under the influence, or indeed used protection? It's a shame 13 year old girls are up for it these days :(

That's pretty bad to leave three 13 year olds alone with 18 bottle/cans of beer - What did the parents think would happen? =/

I am shocked & out-raged.
It also reminds me of a mates daughter who was caught over the park entertaining the lads with her mouth, Not just one of them, All of them.
Fortunetly I went to a Slum of a school & our girls were just as easy. + :p

Same here, took till at least 15 before that stage, and then till 17 before the ball got rolling.

The girl in question is, sadly, a bit too grown up physically but her mind is still that of a child, not a young adult. I really don't know if she would have agreed to it if she had not been drunk, but shes not stupid, I think she would have used protection had she been sober and agreed. And yes, it really is a shame, theres plenty of time to do adult things when one is an adult, being a child nowadays seems to be being chucked out the window. Sickenenly at the will of stupid parents.

Girls family should sue the mum.
Me too, but she's a single poor mother, not a lot to be gained out of it. At the very least I think she should be charged with something serious, not a poxy 'did not get permission' nonsense.

Exactly! She knew exactly what would happen :(

And now the girls name is total mud at school, crazy.

Mother knowingly supplied alcohol to underage kids which is a criminal offence.

Apparently not. It is akin to allowing 13+ year olds to drink in a restaurant with their parents. Except this applies at home too for 4+!!!. This is why the only rule she has broken is not getting the girls mothers permission before hand. But one would have thought one would still have to supervise. Apparently, not.

/mind boggles.

I'm not sure how this works for underage sex, but isn't this rape?
If it is, the mother in question should be charged with something like it imho.
