Parking sign...

I always get confused by the damn things, but never really have to worry about them because I'm a biker and use bays.

However I'm going somewhere tonight and was looking at where to park... On a road there is this sign:

Which I read as "Only permit holders can park here between 10am and 2pm, outside those hours is fine for everyone" is this correct?

Yep, only residents with permits can park there between 10am and 2pm.

This is typically to stop people parking there all day and heading into town or a nearby train station.

Yup, fine to park there after 2pm until 10am the next morning.

-Also can park there from 2pm Friday until 10am Monday
