Due to my last post here, i thought i should come up with another list from scratch and decided on these items below...

Parts List:

1.Radon 690a AMD Bulldozer FX-4 4100 3.60GHz @ 4.00GHz DDR3 Overclocked Bundle

2.HIS HD 7850 IceQ X 2048MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card

3.Xigmatek Midgard II Gaming Tower Case - Black

4.Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 500GB SATA 6Gb/s 16MB Cache - OEM

5.LG GH24NS95 24x DVD±RW SATA ReWriter (Black) - OEM

Now price wise at the moment due to couple of items that are on offer comes to £512.93. Now just to note i would only be buying the bundle and power supply next Friday and the rest will come next payday in December (yes i can wait)

Most games do not use more than 2 cores. And its not about the number of cores but the IPC of each core. The IPC of the Intel chips is greater than that of the BD's.

The CPU is dual core with 2 hyperthreading cores, (shows as 4 cores in windows) the cpu does more work per clock cycle than the AMD does and is also based on the Ivy Bridge Architecture.
