can some explain what this is as i dont get it, ive hear you dont have to do a test but have tp spend longer doing driving lessons

If you are doing it to improve your skill level I would drive for a bit (3 months or so) and then treated it as a refresher course to build upon your road experience.
I don't think the course is that comprehensive and certainly doesn't warrant the ammount of insurance discount you get, can be as high as 30%, especially when compared to an IAM course; but I think it gets you thinking.
