Patriot Viper steel Ram issue

I have been running my pc the last year with a ryzen 7 3700x, MSX gaming pro x450 MB and 2x8gb of patriot viper steel 3600hz with the xmp prolfile on so the ram shows at 1800 in the task manager (3600hz).

I have bought 2 more sticks of the ram and when I boot it I get an overclock fail and the task manager shows the ram is only at 1067 rather than 1800.

I have noticed my older ram code ends in c7k and the newer is c8k.

Any idea what the issue is and how I clock it to run all 4 sticks at 3600hz.

bit more looking into it and it looks as though my original C7 I bought as 3600hz is actually 3733hz on the patriot site so guess they are just not compatible with each other?

nvm I have found it for sale by patriot on amazon in both 3733 or 3600 and the 3600 is a lot more expensive when it ends in c7K, I tried the c8k on its own and my PC still would not run it at 3600hz
