Hi
Sorry ... you probably get these all the time in this part of the forums. But anyway.

Want to spend £100ish but will go upto £150-175 if its worth it.

I want a phone that looks nice/stylish, nice camera, bluetooth, and hard to break.

What would you reccommend?
(also need it to be either sim free/o2, or one you can unlock)

I was looking at the Samsung d500, which is £130ish on a certain online shop (won't say what one.....), or the k750i which is about £150

Also would prefer one that I can pick up tomorrow in a shop in town, and it be already charged to use Friday (tomorrow) night (i know my ngage and gx15 came pre charged...), but that isn't too important.

Thanks.

The K750i is a great phone, though you shouldn't expect it to last forever because the joystick gets a bit temperamental after a while. That's what I'd go for.

If you're someone who's able to get a contract, bear in mind that even for very light users a cashback contract deal is often much better value - you can often get a deal including free minutes and texts for less than the PAYG price of the phone over the minimum term, sometimes even completely free after cashback.

Look around at some of the deals on E2save.com, for instance, in particular if you're happy with a clearance phone you can get a D500 with free minutes for £60 or so for the year, or a 6230i completely free. Takes some effort in filling in cashback claims, of course, you need to make sure you don't forget. I was spending a similar amount to you on PAYG - wanted a K750i about a year ago but rather than spend £300 on one I got it on contract for a total cost of about £150 including plenty of free minutes, probably only £70 or so over what I'd have paid otherwise.
