Paypal/ Ebay question (:rolleyes:)

Hi

Sorry to have to post one of these I know they're a pain in the posterior.... :o

Anyway, I purchased a copy of MS Money 2005 from Ebay, thinking I was buying a genuine product (The seller even says so in the description) However, I got it this morning and it is clearly NOT genuine. I told the seller and he refunded me my £11.75 by Paypal. The payment is being held at the moment, presumably as the payment has not left my bank account yet.

Now I am going to report this guy to Ebay and MS and as a counterfeit software seller and leave negative feedback as I think what he's doing is extremely low. My question is can he stop my Paypal refund going through now?

he won't be able to cancel a refund if it's already waiting to go into your account. this means that paypal have taken the money from you to give to him, but they've also taken the money from him and are waiting to give it back to you. personally, i'd still wait before leaving feedback and stuff, but that's because i'm that kinda guy.
