PayPal Question

Just sold an item on fleabay via Buy it Now. However, the winner has 0 feedback and join in August 2007.

Start's to worry.

However, they have sent the payment straight away. It's Status in PayPal is: Completed and their address is Confirmed.

Can I now assume it is safe to send item?

If you have the cash in your paypal, why not? if you dont send it you could risk your own bad feedback

Unless you stated in the auction a minimum feedback, or join date, I'd say you are obligated to sell to the buyer.
as has been said - everyone had 0 feedback at some stage.

If he has paid and the money is in paypal then send the item. If he hasnt yet paid then dont send. Simple.

Can't go wrong with a confirmed address and a completed payment, just remember to get proof of postage.

beware the chargeback!!

you have to send it by online trackable delivery to be completely covered against chargeback iirc i.e. the person says he didn't receive it.

have a look in the paypal terms

but as has been stated, you have to send it now as you didn't state no zero feedback bidders. (or risk neg feedback)
