So I purchased this PC from another store 4 years ago, it came Overclocked with 3 bios settings Standard, OC, OC Backup.

When running an overclock, the PC will randomly crash and give a blue screen.

The blue screen sometimes happens 5 times in a row and then not for a few days.

One of the bluescreens said something along the lines of Memory Dump.

Happens when playing games or even idle at desktop.

I has just crashed and lost my RAID0 setup to which I am currently in the process of trying to recover my files.

Any light on this would be great.

Well obviously whomever overclocked it didn't know what they were doing and probably used generic settings which may or may not work and never tested it. Would need the specs of the machine to advise further.

It was from a competitor (before I knew about OCUK).

Heres the specs

The Rig

CPU - Intel i7 3930k 3.2GHz Hex Core
Mobo - ASUS P8X79
Ram - 16GB Corsair Vengence Ram
OS HD - 120 Corsair SSD
Storage - 2 x 500GB Samsung Evo SSD
Storage - 2 x 3TB WD HHD
GPU - 2 x 4GB EVGA GTX 680 (SLI)
Coolage - Corsair H100 Water Cooled
PSU - Corsair AX1200 PSU (1200w)

If you need any bios specs I can provide them but will require assistance as I haven't overclocked before.
