Hi all. So I want to learn Adobe Premiere since I've been using free editing software on a crappy laptop and have reached its limitations. Videos will be basic, no sprawling 4k epics.
I have a budget of up to £1000 but trying to find a machine is very difficult as I'm a complete hardware noob.

Which I think could do the job as it's 16gb ram and the has a 6gb GPU. What I'm not sure is if the processor is good enough as Intel i7 is usually recommended.
I asked on the Adobe forums and got asked these questions in return which I'm not sure of:
Where are you placing the OS?
Is the SSD internal?
Is the HDD internal?
Any help would be greatly appreciated as I feel I'm wasting time trying to become the hardware expert I'm never going to be and I just want to get going.
