mine had that. i contacted them on webchat in the end and they sorted in a few minutes, you should get an email about id verification, not that i did, but thats what i was told by the webchat guy.

who else tried this polish company for the borderlands 2 game?
as ia am getting emails from them asking for scanned or camera photos of my details!!
name,place i live and so on and wont release my key for the game untill they recieve these details! is tghis because i put a polish adress?
any help would be much appreciated.
knew i shouldnt of bothered with this

p.s i paid with pay pal which im guessing they have seen the other adress on

Ive had that request from a couple of Key sites but only when trying to pay through paypal, if you can cancel it and pay via some other method I'm sure it'll go through fine.

Did you give them the info? Or just cancel the order? Not sure what they are gonna be like as I put down a polish address for the delivery but obviously my real address will be a uk well the payment address anyways.

Do you need to give these polish games company's polish addresses or are they okay with English?

I'm just weighing up if its safe to send my details they want photographic evidence of name,age,where u live date of birth like a driving license not sure how trust worthy this site is! Or just ask for a refund
