how do i buy game in US form UK?
I know some here don't like Russian CD Key websites. But I happened to of come across CDDISKI, who have DmC Devil May Cry for £11 (says £10.95 on the website). activates on Steam. Game is in English, I've just brought it, activated on Steam and preloaded for release tomorrowCant wait, glad I didnt buy the console version for £30.

Nope, I own all of them on PS2 and PS3.
I do have a VPN account somewhere which I haven't used for ages, haven't used it to unlock this game yet. Dont think it would work though as the US release date is also tomorrow and we are a few hours ahead of them. Not sure about Russia.

What do you think about the reboot?
I haven't played the full game yet only the demo but I like it. I know others have moaned about the gameplay and Dante's hair etc but I think its a nice change.
Also I liked Ninja Theory's previous games such as Heavenly Sword and Enslaved. Shame those to never came to PC

Bought this entered the code in steam. Chose preload nothing downloaded but it says I can play when the game is out. Strange.
Same here, I checked the forums. Apparently its only effecting the people who didn't buy it directly from Steam. People who brought the retail disc or from Greenman Gaming are having the same issue.

I wasn't at all interested in DMC till I read that. Enslaved won Ninja Theory a special corner of my heart and I'm going to see if I can dig up the demo for DMC on the old eggbox.
I've never played a DMC game but I did finish Bayonetta and loved it in all it's nutty glory.

Ninja Theory are good and I'm sure it'll be a great game, but why did they take one of their best loved series and change it completely? Dante is Dante by name only, he isn't a young version of the guy we see in the previous games, that Dante doesn't exist anymore, Nero doesn't exist, and everything that happened in previous installments have been deleted from the DmC lore. I think that's what most people moaned about.
Maybe they are looking to get new people interested. People like me that have no history with the IP. Either way it's set in an alternative "what if..." universe, right?
I got the demo and I have to say I liked it a lot. You can really tell it was the Enslaved guys, especially in the cut scenes. I was half expecting Monkey to stick his head in
EDIT: and unless I'm mistaken was the chick in the demo voiced by the same actress than done Trip? I might have just been caught up in the feel of it all and imagined it.

Indeed, I just think it was abit silly to copy and paste it over an already established IP, they should have just released it as it's own game and carried on with Devil May Cry 5.
With it being a 'what if?' game, will 5 still come out or has the game everyone loved come to a definitive end? Capcom were contemplating rebooting Resident Evil as well, no idea what's gotten into them tbh.
I must say though, the gameplay of DmC looks superb, if a little easy.
Edit: What is it a 'what if' of though? What if Dante was an obnoxious whelp? What if Virgil was a bad pantomime character?
