PC parts arrived! - Few questions!

it does that for some stupid reason.

I have a 470 and im told i have 4064mb of video memory (4 gb of the stuff, wtf!)

Not exactly sure what it means.

could it be that it makes use of a portion of the system memory as well?

Possibly, although I doubt it would be used in the same way it would use the gfx ram.

not the same way it uses the gfx ram but just an extension, although I doubt cards like those mentioned need to make use of system memory, like integrated graphics do!

I've used this wristband since I built mine last year.. Personally, I've used it every time without fail when working on the inside of my pc. It's cheap,
and tbh, kinda fun to use, a bit like another gadget. You might as well get yourself one.
