pc restarting in shutdown

hi

I shut down my machine and as soon as it power down it turns itself back on before I can turn it of at the wall

what setting should I be looking for

it could be wake on lan in the bios

wake on keyboard or mouse.

wake on usb.

all these settings are in the bios and could cause your pc to turn back ok
