PC won't stay off

I have just set up my wireless Router and had to turn on lan settings in the bios and all works as it should. However when I shutdown the PC 20 mins later it turns it's self back on.

How can I keep it off without haveing to turn it off at the back of the pc.
I'm not putting in standby I am shutting it down.

My mate also had this problem when he enabled the Lan and he never fixed it.

Thanks I didn't know you had an option in windows to turn it off, I had looked in the Bios but their was no option.

I'll see tonight if it stays off.
