Pearleasnt Liquid cooling mix

lol dyes don't clog. How ever the Pearleasnt part may so would not be recommended for injection type blocks. This is why we are testing it because its suspended in a liquid pre-mix this will help hold the partials in place. The flow of the liquid and the size of the partials should help the system and stop it from blocking.

only time will tell though.

Never mind clogging up blocks or separating, would this be in any way abrasive... constantly swirling through the system, scouring the surfaces of tubes/blocks? I don't mean overnight, but over say a year..

I concede that it does look great.

This is some thing that needs testing. We have a very long test period time for all our pre-mixed liquids so any thing that goes out to the public for general sale has been tested for a min of 8 to 9 months. e.g the base pre mixed was tested over 1 year.

Since i have limited resources and i have so many liquids that need testing it going to be a long time before i can provide full details. This coupled with the fact im all so working with some manufactures on other things and ideas means im a bissy person.

If i could get more re-sellers involved in our full range it would help get things going quicker but that's life.

If this was sold it would have to be sold with a warning and relay not for long term use. Its a "For Looks Liquid". E.g for shows and show off's all so good to show the flow of liquids and monitoring.

Ive been talking to the maker and asked if Pearleasnt can be formed in balls (mico balls) as this wearing would happen with the flat platelets we have used in this video. How ever again like many thing's long term testing it needed to get a idea on ware and tear. But coupled with the fact that we lubricants in our pre-mixed liquids this will help reduce the friction caused by adding such materials win in the loop.

We don't have any vids of it working in a full loop as of yet as i lost one of my pumps off a PC the other day and will need to wait till i can afford another one. The pump died of old age before any one suggests any other reason lol it was 6 years old and has been hammered in our testing rig.

Money is some thing i do not have a lot of and our profit margins are small in comparison to larger firms. So our development is slow.

We all ready did a Heat sensitive mix a while back that was shown at CES with ice dragon and this worked as well again this is some thing that is on hold due to development time and not enough pcs for testing.

nice new phobya pump being tested. You do need to slow the pump down and have good lighting for effect to be seen.

No Eta , we need to test, re-test, adjust and test more. Normally takes a while for me to do all this.

Im all so compiling a list of blocks and Rads it will work with. We will only list the ones we have tested. So that we can give the consumer (you guys) a good idea of what will work and what will not.

Oky Not fully tested but working on it like mad.

70nm Pearlesnt Premixed Liquid - 70nm should stop blocking in Injection plate systems how ever just got the EK block to play with at,

The pearl can handle temp's higher than your loop can ever handle. The liquids all ready proven formula in our X1 fluid range.

What im testing for here is in the blue loop im looking for it blocking the CPU block and in the red one the pump is running full whack seeing it the pearl can handle a battering.

All so im checking to see if the coating on the pearl degrades over time.

Eventually this will be added to a live loop for heat testing and various other things.

Just pulled apart the EK block and not i shred of blocking very happy. Quickly put it under the microscope as well and again no sign of blocking but hell its sparkly.

A quick shot of what you may see what good lighting, Clear tubing and a clear res .... How ever Good lighting is a must.

Money shots as there called. These are a bit fake really because the camera is capturing it mid action. Ill get a vid up later on when i have the time and you'll see it better....

Name could be "Mayhems Galaxy range" !!!!! Maybe from what you guys have all ready said. dunno might have to think of some thing .....

I reckon with a large tube res the effect will be more prominent ... i dont think a bay res will do it as much just but i don't have one so cannot test that.

Oky new vid.

Taken a lot of messing this. Cracked the mix tonight and perfected it. Hardly any drop out. Can run the pump right down to 50 ltr per hour right up to 400 Ltr and the mix wont mess up. We now can see it in the tubing properly as i intended. The flow is a lot smoother. How ever the viscosity has gone up.

Will need to run tests to get full details of temps and every thing.

It lays at the bottom of the tubing and res in a very fine mist, You can see in the vid above were the silver makes a line were it settles then as the liquid passes over it, it is picked up and moved about.

The pearl is in the nano range all though we will not be calling it a nano fluid it has the smallest range of nano partials for any PC water cooling coolant or fluid to date. Our nano range is from 25nm to 170nm most fluids are normally 25nm to 60nm.

Ouch, that puts it into a high maintenance category, as you say for special occasions / show only.

I wonder if lubricants, over time, degrade, and effect the surfaces of the various materials in the loop and the pump?

thats was quoted as the old pearl we moved on from here now and running nano pearl wich is coated there fo none of that relvent.

After testing we can flush the whole system in less than 2 min removing every thing. All so if you watch the vid we are running this in restrictive blocks ( i don't mess around).

The new pearl should not damage and will be low maintace and were looking at a in system time of 2 years.

How easy would it be to clean up off your mobo if you had a leak, what with copper bits suspended in it, I guess you won't be able to market it as non conductive :) . Do you end up with a tide mark in the res?

The liquid is so called none conductive. How ever like all None conductive fluids it will become conductive over time.
No tide mark and no residue, just wipe off. Any marks made by dye such as staining will be normal unless you go to the Clear / Silver version.

If we do produce "Pearl Galaxy" it is made up of 3 different pigments Red, Blue, Silver + Purple dye.

The rage how ever will start off with just a base silver pearl and later on i will advance it with more complex colours.

Im looking on release to do

Red / Silver
Blue / Silver
Purple / Silver
Clear / Silver

there are more pictures up on out facebook page for you to look though. "Mayhems" on face book.

Product range has been named and so has some of the colours.

We will be calling it the "Mayhem's Aurora" range of coolants.

Eddy @ EK are sending me some blocks to test the liquids on there range to see if it effects it them any way. This is excellent news as we can give you lot a good idea of what the effects may be from using these liquids. E.g ware and tear.

Any way another vid as per request

Mayhem's Aurora Galaxy - Galaxy is a mix of Deep Purple, Red, Blue and silver. It will produce a range in between these colours.

MAYHEM'S AURORA COOLANTS

Mayhem's 'Aurora'' range of liquids are perfect for a myriad of differing computer enthusiasts. The liquid reflects light back in a plethora of swirls and differs greatly from anything currently available. A coolant that is not only striking to view inside a computer system, but it is a fluid that will entice the consumer with it's never ending patterns of light that cascade throughout.

Mayhems Aurora Orion
(Clear, Red, Blue, Silver)

(this is the name of the clear Multi Mix, no pic yet)

The Mayhem's Aurora Supernova and Mayhems Aurora Orion as clear mixed that can be used with dyes to create you very own colours.

testers will be sent liquids this week hopefully for testing. there is still no ETA until we have got this perfected and fully tested and all the results are back in from my independent testers.

www.phobya.com has sent me some gear do we can expand the testing. This is there Phobya Balancer in action and its very good. It creates a mega Back wash effect. They all so kindly supplied me a Phobya G-Changer 240 and Phobya Water block with i have just added in there for testing.
