Pentium 4 dual core?

On my old home PC i ran the dxdiag command to look at some of the specs, and it says under processor:

Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 2.80GHz (2 CPUs)

Does the 2 CPUs bit mean its dual core?
A stupid question but I didn't think pentium 4s were dual core.
