OK well I have revised it a little bit....

People should meet a required number of social points, in order to be allowed to have children.

ALL children would have a chip inserted at birth, that sterilises them until activated. (when they meet the social points target)

So if you want to have kids, you need a job, and to live in a reasonable area.

Its perfect, as if people REALLY want children they will have to better themselves, and by doing so will better society also.

I think this is a better way of doing actually. I was too hasty with my first draft idea.

He suggested in previous threads that vast portions of major cities should be bombed and the residents should be killed as they had a higher than average crime rate. It's moronic. Well OK, but if I were to be arrested today, they would take down my name and details, look me up and they wouldn't find a criminal record, therefore I am not a criminal in the eyes of the law.

Who's controlling this 'activation'? Surely you're providing one person with the job of judge, jury and executioner. It's still bloody stupid, this policy can never be a good idea as it's inherently flawed and idiotic.

The problem isnt everyone having children, its everyone being able to have children without any sort of financial stability. As thick as a lot of chavs may be, they can still do the simple maths that says "If I have 20 children I will get 20 children's worth of money from the government."

People should only get child support for the first child and then after that it is up to then to be able to provide for them on their own.

Just because you don't have a criminal record does not mean you have never committed a crime. Ever let your children ride in the front seat? Downloaded a song? Drank in public? Broken traffic laws? Dropped some litter? Of course you have broken a law.

Erm children are allowed in the front seat of cars, drinking in public is not a crime (have you been out of your house recently?) Downloading songs isn't illegal.

At least you brought it back with traffic and litter at the end, phew!
